Our Entry 3 Certificate in Skills for Further Learning and Employment students participated in a Boccia tournament last week, organised by Heathlands.
The students used the public bus for travel training with students requesting and buying tickets looking at timetables. The students enjoyed the travel and the event, and all participating students got a certificate presented by Carlisle United Football Club players.
Liam Colley did fantastically well and progressed to the final only being beaten by 1 point in 11:10 clincher but enjoyed the experience and his 2nd place trophy. Well done to all that took part!
